Gwyn Dorado Headlines ‘Pops Night’ at 2026 Icheon Music Festival
Filipina singer-songwriter Gwyn Dorado recently commanded the stage as a main performer at the 2026 Icheon Young Artist International Music Festival, cementing her rising star power in South Korea. Held on April 25, 2026, at the Grand Theater of the Icheon Arts Hall, the festival’s ‘Pops Night’ showcased Gwyn at her best. She captivated the audience with a powerful setlist that included her winning songs from “Sing Again 4”, alongside a show-stopping rendition of Michael Bublé’s “Feeling Good”. Her vocal coach, Jojo Acosta, played a vital role in personally training and preparing her for these standout festival pieces.
This highly anticipated festival appearance came on the heels of her historic success on JTBC’s hit television competition “Sing Again 4”. In January 2026, Gwyn became the first and only non-Korean to reach the top 4, ultimately securing an impressive second-place finish. During her run on the show, her performance of “I Want You” notably earned the highest judges’ score in the competition’s history.
The Icheon festival serves as a major milestone in what has become a remarkably busy year for the artist. Leading up to the festival, she joined her fellow Top 10 finalists on the “Sing Again 4 National Tour Concert,” performing in major cities like Seoul, Busan, Daegu, and Suwon. Adding to her rapidly growing resume, Gwyn—who is currently signed with South Korean agency A.O Entertainment—has also just finished recording “What If,” an official soundtrack (OST) for the K-drama “ToGetHer”.
