Manila-based duo Violet Aurora hits 11k+ monthly listeners at Spotify

The stats of music-streaming app Spotify shows Violet Aurora’s monthly listeners at 11,156. Violet Aurora is a Manila-based indie pop rock duo composed of Kath Choa and Moss Eisley. They are influenced by genres that include early 2000s pop rock, 80s new wave, modern rock and current bedroom indie. Kath’s vocals have been described as infectiously sweet and endearing and is a perfect complement to Moss’s seemingly effortless musical arrangements. They record everything from their bedrooms and they hope to start the new era of bedroom indie pop rock in the Philippines.
