Gwyn Dorado Advances to Top 7 of Korean TV’s ‘Sing Again 4’

Gwyneth “Gwyn” Dorado, a 21-year-old Filipino singer, has advanced to the final round of South Korea’s Sing Again 4 competition.

The contest, which began with 81 contestants, has been narrowed down to its top performers. In the decisive December 16th semifinals, Dorado triumphed over contestant Kyuri with her performance of Roy Kim’s “Only Then,” earning six of eight judges’ votes.

Dorado, who has long studied under renowned Manila-based voice coach Jojo Acosta, continues to receive his coaching for the competition via online lessons. Her victory, combining powerful vocals with deep emotional expression, has placed her among the show’s top 7 finalists.
